      Dear Brother in Islam,
May Allaah grant your parents Jannatul Firdaus and shower His blessings upon them! According to the Hanafi School of thoughts you are not allowed to perform missed obligatory Salah and Sawm on your parents’ behalf. (As-sunanul Kubra Lin-Nasayee, Sawmul Hay-yee Anil Mayyeet) What you can do is discharge Fidya, expiation on their behalf from your own money, if they have not made a bequest of paying Fidya. However, if they have made such a bequest, then it is obligatory for the heirs to discharge Fidya from one third of the deceased estate after burial expenses and paying of all debts.

The Fidya should be paid for five Fardh Salah including Witr Salah, and the Fidya for each Salah or Sawm is equivalent to the amount that is paid for Sadaqatul-fitr, which is approximately 1.633 kg wheat or its price.

      Allaah knows best.

    Dear Brother in Islam,
Photography is not permitted except for identity documents or educational purposes which can’t be achieved otherwise. The photography on the website of Jaamia Hamidia may be considered for educational purpose as to draw the attention of Muslim philanthropists for enhancing education. However, I’m not any more there. I left the country at the end of 2009 and teaching currently at a local Darul Uloom in my native country-India.

    Ma’assalamah,

    Dear sister in Islam,
The answer to your question is as follows:
There is no Hurmate Musahat in the case mentioned above as you ejaculated and the private part of your step father was not uncovered.(الثالث : أن يرى نفس الفرج لا صورته المنطبعة في مرآة أو ماء)
(الخامس : أن لا ينزل كما تقدم في اللمس) Alfiqh alalmazahibil arbai’
    And Allah knows best!
